Legion of Mary – meets on Tuesdays in the Upper Room at Church of the Immaculate Conception after evening Mass. New members welcome.

Child Loss Matters is a new and local support group for bereaved parents /parents surviving child loss .

It is open to all parents who have lost a child regardless of the age of your child or circumstances of your child’s death. Meeting every last Saturday of each month in Silverbirches Hotel Omagh 10am-1 pm. Light refreshments are served. Upcoming Fundraising event – Big Breakfast in Kelly’s Inn Garvaghey, Saturday October 22nd 8am-12 noon . Everyone welcome to attend. Proceeds will go towards the group to facilitate wellbeing workshops etc to help with living with child loss .

SELL Visit Promoting Fr Leo’s Work. Best Wishes to the SELL Group who visited our Parish last weekend, they have now returned to Wicklow complete their studies, before returning to Africa in November. They had a very enjoyable few days within our Parish and were most appreciative of the welcome they received from the Local Schools and from across the Parish. Fr Leo continues with his work establishing SELL in a 3rd Country, Malawi. He has now built a new Resource Centre and the SELL Program has began to be rolled out to young adults across the Region. We continue to keep him in our Prayers. Catholic Chaplaincy QUB invites you to join them for their Annual Dedication of Studies Mass. Bishop Noel Treanor will celebrate Sunday 16 October at 8pm in the Chaplaincy’s Corpus Christi Chapel, 28 Elmwood Avenue, Belfast. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
